Due to the efforts to contain the impacts of the coronavirus and added safety measures, shipping time has been severely delayed, please expect delays up to 7-12 business days to the regular shipping time. I will also be able to go to the post office twice a week instead of once a week now! Thank you all for your understanding and for supporting this shop! Shipping:

I am shipping from Toronto currently. Once you have placed your order I will make sure it gets sent out to the post office within 3-5 business days. From my experience, the timings usually are:

 Shipping Time:                       Canada: 4 - 10 business days                                                                                                        United States: 1 - 2 weeks                                                                             International: 3 - 5 weeks

The delivery times listed above are estimates. Please note that if your order gets held up at customs or delayed in transit it may take additional time to arrive. You may also experience delays during peak season or holidays such as Christmas.

Do I have tracking?

Standard shipping is uninsured and untraceable. If you would like to upgrade your shipping option to track your order, please select the "upgrade to tracking number" option when you check out.

Customs & Import Taxes

Depending on your country and border customs, please be advised that you may experience extended wait times and or additional fees applied to your order.

Buyer is responsible for all customs,duties and/or applicable fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately I can't do any type of refund, exchanges or discounts for damaged or lost mail. Why? Because my shop is very small currently, and I can not pay out of my pocket & be blamed for accidents made by the post systems. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I will try my best on my end to help you if I can.
